The large capacity (51 litres) Smeg SC110 multifunction single oven includes a mixture of fan and grill elements that allow you to cook a variety of foods just the way you want. The Smeg SC110 includes Circulaire fan heating which uses upper and lower elements and the fast Eco preheat setting, which combines grill, fan and lower element to achieve optimum energy efficiency. When combined, these functions are good for cooking pizzas, cookies, quiches and flans. Part of Smeg’s clean and comprehensive Linear Series, the SC110 looks gorgeous in its slick black housing, with a frameless glass front, robust handle and facia panels and controls backlit with an exquisite violet light that harmonizes perfectly with its modern look. There's a digital electronic clock/programmer with multi-display, cool transparent control knobs and triple glazed removable door with removable inner door glasses. Its Circotherm fan uses both heating elements to cook food quickly and effectively on a number of shelves. Offering similar results to a rotisserie, it’s ideal for roasts and large joints that require thorough cooking, with no transference of smells or flavours. The Smeg SC110 will also cook conventionally when a more gentle heat is required, such as baking cakes, while its Circulaire feature combines fan with the circular element around it for uniform heat distribution.
